Where today breakfast is served, until the 30’s there were the cinema and the ballroom. There were showing tearful dramas with the great Italian actors of that time, meanwhile comedies of Laurel and Hardy and Charlie Chaplin generated loud laughter. And then the adventurous American films, the mythical westerns with beautiful actors that fascinated the spectators, snub-nosed dreaming of unknown places, infinite and remote horizons. During music festivals accordion players, trombones and drums were positioned where today there’s the breakfast buffet and played until late at night with the dance of the tireless dancers. Good old times ! In silence and with audacity even today can be heard the sounds, the voices, the notes in the air, told by the room’s walls, unique remote witnesses tha came down to us from the 1800’s.
